These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ehentai website, private AI image and video creation tools, subscriptions, credits, and related services at ehentai.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and are responsible for activity under your account.

Your Content and AI Outputs

You retain rights in content you submit and outputs generated for you, subject to these Terms and applicable law. You grant ehentai a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and store prompts, uploads, and outputs only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, improve, and support the Service.

AI-generated results can be imperfect, unexpected, delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review all generated media before publishing, sharing, or commercial use.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the Service to violate law, third-party rights, privacy, or intellectual property rights; create or submit content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, exploitation, abuse, or unlawful material; impersonate others or create deceptive media; upload material you lack permission to use; reverse engineer, overload, scrape, resell, or abuse the Service; or bypass moderation, billing, rate limits, or security controls.

Billing and Credits

Subscriptions and credit packs are processed through a disclosed payment processor. Prices, included credits, generation costs, feature availability, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or on the pricing page. Except where required by law, completed payments are non-refundable. Keep billing information current.

Intellectual Property and Third Parties

The ehentai service, brand assets, software, designs, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. The Service may rely on third-party hosting, storage, processing, analytics, payment, and email services; their availability is outside our direct control.

Suspension, Disclaimers, and Liability

We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, non-payment, unlawful use, or risk to the Service or other users. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or a specific creative result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ehentai is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service.
